Thai Fried Corn Fritter
Ingredients
- Sweet corn 4
- Wheat flour 240 g
- Rice flour 80 g
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- White pepper 2/3
- Water 500 g
- Sweet chili sauce
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the corn out of the cob
- Mix the flour in the bowl with water
- Add salt and white pepper
- Add the corn
- Put oil in the big pot/deep pan medium-low heat
- Fry the corn make it to the fritter
- Fry it until it looks almost golden color turn up the heat to release the oil out of corn
- When it’s golden take it out on the paper towel to absorb the oil
- Dip it with sweet chili sauce
- Yum yum
