  1. Cut the corn out of the cob
  2. Mix the flour in the bowl with water
  3. Add salt and white pepper
  4. Add the corn
  5. Put oil in the big pot/deep pan medium-low heat
  6. Fry the corn make it to the fritter
  7. Fry it until it looks almost golden color turn up the heat to release the oil out of corn
  8. When it’s golden take it out on the paper towel to absorb the oil
  9. Dip it with sweet chili sauce
  10. Yum yum
