Spinach Artichoke Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg f
  2. Chop artichokes and onion
  3. Saute onions in butter, adding ingredients while mixing and blending well after each addition
  4. Add ingredients in this order: Spinach, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Parmesan, Artichokes, Pepper Flakes
  5. Remove from head and put in oven safe dish
  6. Top with monterey jack cheese and bake in oven until top bubbles and starts to brown
