Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 jar marinated artichokes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 onion
- 1 stick butter
- red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 deg f
- Chop artichokes and onion
- Saute onions in butter, adding ingredients while mixing and blending well after each addition
- Add ingredients in this order: Spinach, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Parmesan, Artichokes, Pepper Flakes
- Remove from head and put in oven safe dish
- Top with monterey jack cheese and bake in oven until top bubbles and starts to brown
