  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F
  2. Combine applesauce, sugar, and eggs
  3. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients
  5. Pour into lightly greased 9"x13", two 9" pans, or three 8" pans
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes for 9"x13" and 9" pans; 25-30 minutes for 8" pans
