Camp Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 andouille sausage links
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 red pepper diced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- Scallions
Instructions
- Cook Rice
- Saute the garlic, onion, and red pepper in oil on low until onions are soft and translucent (~5 min)
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes
