Bean Salsa

Instructions

  1. Chop white onion
  2. Chop peppers
  3. Mix beans and corn; drain mixture
  4. Mix in chopped vegetables
  5. In a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar until sugar dissolves
  6. Pour sauce mixture over bean and vegetable mixture
  7. Refrigerate for 4 hours
  8. Serve with chips
  9. Yum Yum
