Bean Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 c apple vinegar
- 1 bag scoops chips
Instructions
- Chop white onion
- Chop peppers
- Mix beans and corn; drain mixture
- Mix in chopped vegetables
- In a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar until sugar dissolves
- Pour sauce mixture over bean and vegetable mixture
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
- Serve with chips
